There are times in a relationship when the partner needs their own space. The first reaction that we go for is to feel anxious about the stage of the relationship. However, this is an extremely natural thing in a relationship, and we should understand that to have a healthy relationship. "It’s easy for our brains to feel anxious and rejected when our partners or loved ones want some space, when what we really want is to talk things through.
